Questions

Do I need planning permission first?

Ideally you have approved or near-final drawings. I can get involved earlier to sense-check buildability and budget before you commit to planning fees.

Why is this a fixed fee?

So you know the cost before we start, and so my advice isn't tied to how much your build costs.

Not sure what help you need?

Tell me about your project and I'll tell you honestly whether you need me.
